Loving the urban amenities and the walkability of Downtown Tucson, Chuck and I purchased the home specifically to be our personal residence some years down the road. Until then, we offer this historic gem and our cool, Bohemian neighborhood with business and leisure travelers alike.

Though fully restored and modernized, the Iron Horse House still provides the cozy feel of an historic brick bungalow. In the style of the early 1900s every space in this house is functional so, while just over 1,400 square feet in total, the house and studio are just the perfect size.

The Iron Horse House is the 1,100 square foot "main house" that features two queen bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, living/dining room, media/sun room, full bath with claw foot tub and overhead rain shower, laundry room and beautiful private garden.

The Iron Horse Studio is the former "carriage house" that features about 300 square feet of efficient yet luxurious living space including a king bedroom suite, spacious bathroom with separate vanity and large walk-in shower, entertainment center, desk/workstation with ample storage and a private patio/garden which serves as the studio's beautiful entryway.

The House and the Studio are physically separated and designed to be completely private and secure from one another when rented individually. The House and Studio may also be rented as one unit to create a larger three bedroom, two bath home with two garden areas and abundant space for living, working or entertaining.
